Delete your IdolChat account

You can permanently delete your account and associated content from inside IdolChat, without contacting support.

Account deletion is available to every user

Delete in the app

  1. Open IdolChat and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Me → Settings → Privacy & data.
  3. Tap Delete account, review the notice and confirm.

Your account becomes inaccessible when the request is accepted. Characters, conversations, saved memories, relationship history, notification tokens and uploaded images associated with the account are scheduled for deletion.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@secondwindltd.xyz from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “IdolChat account deletion.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. These records are restricted and are not used to continue providing your deleted account. Backup copies expire on a rolling schedule.

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings.
