1. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in account secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using IdolChat or delete your account at any time.
2. Characters and conversations
IdolChat lets you discover fictional characters, create your own and exchange text and images. Character replies and memories are generated experiences: they may be fictional, surprising, inaccurate or inconsistent, and are not professional advice or statements from real people.
If you enable proactive messages, a character may send a message or push notification without a new prompt from you. You control this feature and quiet hours in Settings.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, adapt and display it only as needed to provide, improve, secure and support IdolChat. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.
Public character profiles may be visible to other users. Private conversations and private characters are not intentionally published as public listings.
4. Acceptable use
Use IdolChat lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. You may not:
- Exploit or harm minors, or create sexual content involving minors.
- Submit content you do not have a right to use, impersonate another person, or violate privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.
- Use the service for unlawful threats, fraud, malware, spam, trafficking or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.
- Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass access, quota, purchase or security controls.
5. Free access and Premium
Free accounts can send up to 10 chat messages per day. IdolChat Premium is one recurring subscription tier that unlocks unlimited chat messages while active. Reasonable technical rate limits and separately disclosed image allowances may still apply.
The app shows the current price and billing period before purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store at least 24 hours before renewal, where that store rule applies. Deleting IdolChat does not cancel a subscription.
6. Service availability and enforcement
We may change, interrupt or discontinue features, and may restrict or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, create legal risk or threaten the service. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice. App-store consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Disclaimers and liability
IdolChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that generated material will always be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SECOND WIND LIMITED and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of IdolChat. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Contact support@secondwindltd.xyz with questions.
